iWeb Buddy 1.5.2 Released!

It has been a few months since our last official release. In that time we have tracked down all of the lingering connectivity issues that have been plaguing us. If you were part of the beta team that helped confirm all of the issues were wrapped up, we appreciate it immensely.
If you have been running into issues updating your site with iWeb Buddy, I suggest giving this latest release a try as I suspect it will resolve all of your issues. If it does not, please let us know.
Changes since last build:
• Fixed several issues relating to updating sites hosted on MobileMe.
• General enhancements to the stability of file uploads and downloads.
• Page previews for protected sites are displayed correctly once authentication has occurred.
• Page titles, descriptions and keywords are correctly injected into pages and their sub-pages.
• The site description is injected into pages which do not have their own description defined.
• Site keywords are injected into all pages in addition to any keywords defined for the pages themselves.
• Fixed a problem caused by a locally published site's path containing spaces.

While we still have a few lingering issues with 1.5, overall it is stable and we are pleased with its progress. Therefore to celebrate that fact, we are giving you the public release of iWeb Buddy 1.5.

This release focuses on the connectivity issues that some users have experienced.

While we still have a few lingering issues with 1.5, overall it is stable and we are pleased with its progress. Therefore to celebrate that fact, we are giving you the public release of iWeb Buddy 1.5.

This does not mean that we have stopped working on iWeb Buddy! We are aware that a few people are having connection issues and we are exploring those issues. Once they are resolved we will do a maintenance release to correct those issues.

iWeb Buddy beta 10

In this latest beta we are starting to focus on the smaller issues which means that we are very close to releasing 1.5.
You can download the latest beta from here.

Currently the issues that have been addressed are:
• More issues resolved with connectivity to servers for processing.
• Header scripts should now be injecting properly.
• Body scripts should now be injecting properly.
• Body scripts should now be injecting properly.
• Other issues with Snow Leopard and general stability corrected.
